Prive is an eyewear brand that sells celebrity endorsed eyewear. We created a world-class e-commerce system that matched the sophistication of their products, in order to enhance the online shopping experience for their customers.
We worked with Prive’s branding agency to build the existing brand guidelines into consistent set of mindful UI components. Keeping the interface clean and simple allowed the design of the eyewear itself to carry the user's attention.
Since celebrity and influencer endorsements were a crucial marketing strategy, we highlighted social media posts to strengthen the association with the endorsement.
Knowing every interaction a design requires a user to make is another opportunity for a lost conversion, we designed the shopping experience with efficiency in mind. Allowing the user to to browse, inspect, and complete the checkout with as few clicks and scrolls as possible.
Selecting color swatches previews the product option while browsing, eliminating the need for users to pogo-stick back and forth with product detail pages.
Optimized product detail to include 90% of relevant information above the fold, including a very large product image.
